Shipping policy

We ship worldwide with FedEx. The usual transit time is about 4-9 days Worldwide. Packages will be shipped from The Netherlands and they will be trackable with a track and trace number.

We usually send out the orders within 1 or 2 business days. You can find the tracking number in your 'purchased items page', also you should receive a notification stating your order has been shipped with the tracking number.

We understand any further concerns around your package arriving in perfect condition. Therefore we always make sure the item is securely packed and boxed.

If, in the unlikely scenario the package is declared lost or arrives damaged, you are entitled to get a full refund as a guarantee.
